尊敬的FSC获证客户：
根据FSC推出的新版FSC年度管理费(AAF)政策(FSC-POL-20-005 V3-1)，FSC要求认证证书持有人(Certification Holder)通过认证机构向FSC提供上一个完整财政年度的林产品营业额信息。根据此信息，FSC将根据新版FSC年度管理费(AAF)政策核定FSC认证证书持有人等级及所需缴纳的年度管理费信息。
Base on the new FSC Annual Management Fee (AAF) Policy (FSC-POL-20-005 V3-1), The FSC required Certification Holders to provide forest product turnover information for the last full fiscal year to FSC through the Certification body. Based on this information, FSC will determine the Certification Holder level and the required ANNUAL Management Fee (AAF) in accordance with the new FSC Annual Management Fee (AAF) Policy.
为确保 FSC 数据库中关于林产品营业额数据信息的准确无误，根据SA的要求，请证书持有者在2022年5月31日之前将该营业额数据信息上报新世纪检验认证有限责任公司。此数据将仅作为AAF收集之用。如果证书持有者拒绝在此日期之前提供该年营业额数据信息，SA有权暂停或者撤销该认证证书。
To ensure your data in the FSC’s database is accurate, we will need confirmation of your revenue and turnover figures. Please send the turnover data to BCC by 31th May 2022. This data will be used only for the purpose of AAF Collection as per the requirements set out in the FSC AAF Policy. If the certificate holder refuses to provide the annual turnover data before this date, SA has the right to suspend or withdrawn the FSC certificate.
